We ship our items 1-5 business days. If you have a timely need, we will try to accommodate it, but there are no guarantees outside of this window unless specified during communication in e-mail correspondence. Please be sure to include correct spelling in the NOTES section of the CHECK OUT. Then you will be able to select the shipping/pick up options during check out. Once an item is shipped, Ryamarie & Co will send you tracking information. If for any reason after the item is shipped, there is delay, please contact Fed-Ex, UPS, USPS, or whichever delivery company you selected during checkout to locate your package. We at Ryamarie & Co can assure you that your order will be shipped within the time stated in its description. Unfortunately once shipped, we have no control of what delivery companies may face with severe weather, delays, etc.
RETURNS/REFUNDS

However, please note that due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no refund policy for custom garments. We kindly ask you to carefully review the following terms before placing your order.
Customization Process: When you place an order for a custom garment (or craft) our team begins the process of designing, tailoring, and creating a product that is unique to your specifications. This involves time, effort, and resources, which cannot be recovered once the customization process has started.
Clear Communication: We strive to maintain clear communication throughout the customization process. Before placing your order, it is essential to provide accurate measurements, detailed design preferences, and any other necessary information. We strongly encourage you to double-check the provided details to ensure accuracy. Please be on the lookout for any e-mails from [email protected] just incase we need clarification or to discuss your purchase. Any changes requested after the order is placed may incur additional charges and may not be feasible to implement.
Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering high-quality products. Our team diligently inspects each custom garment or craft before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exceptions: While our general policy is a strict no refund policy for custom garments and crafts, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If there is a clear mistake or error on our part during the customization process, we will gladly review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly with any concerns, and we will do our best to find a satisfactory resolution.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order for a custom garment or craft, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of customization, a cancellation may be possible, but it is not guaranteed. If we have already invested significant time and resources into your order, a cancellation may not be feasible, and any refund offered will be at our discretion.
