Local Pickup Policy
Local pickup is available for customers in the Northern California area and must be selected at checkout when applicable.
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions. Please do not arrive before receiving this confirmation, as items are made to order and may not be ready.
Pickup Location
The pickup location will be provided via email once your order is complete. For privacy and safety reasons, the address is not listed publicly.
Pickup Window
Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the pickup notification unless prior arrangements have been made. If an order is not picked up within this timeframe and no communication is received, the order may be considered abandoned.
Missed Pickups
If you are unable to pick up your order during the agreed timeframe, please notify us as soon as possible. Repeated missed pickups may require future orders to be shipped instead.
Custom Orders & Refunds
All local pickup orders are subject to the same no refund / no return policy as shipped orders. Once an order is marked ready for pickup, it is considered complete.
Switching to Shipping
If you decide to switch from local pickup to shipping after your order is complete, additional shipping fees will apply.
